hello all,
i wanted to buy some fertilizer for my planted tank and emailed these guys at aquariumfertilizer.com multiple times. they have not responded to me in over a week. did they go out of business?

I've recently ordered some from them. But I called them instead.

ordered through their website, received the product 2 days later.

I don't think Alan responds to email too much, but he's very quick on order turn around. Did you have a question or were you just trying to place an order.

For questions about what you need to buy, I'd ask around on the board. Ordering through the website is pretty easy, and as mentioned very quick. I usually receive my orders within 2-3 days.

i emailed julia two months ago about order/pickup and she said it was fine since they are always around. this past weekend, i wanted to pickup my order since i was in the area. i sent her an email(also left my phone) to confirm but have not gotten a response strange.

It was probably just that "always around" was an exaggeration and they were just not around that weekend.

Alan will also bring fertilizers to SFBAAPS meetings whenever he attends(pretty much any time its not in the South Bay).
