:1zhelp: Today is not a good day....it is raining like crazy = depressing; 2 of my staff called in sick = stressed/overworked; mom-in-law is having 3x bypass surgery at this very moment = very stressed.
My anxiety/depression meds are not handling the load today and I feel like I will fall apart at any moment. I am thankful for this site and my fishy friends more and more each day. I never thought at my age I would become an internet junky with web-friends! I truly do appreciate you all and thanks for letting me get that all off of my chest....whew!

Thanks Rach. I know I will make it. I am trying to stay positive for hubby, but losing my own mother a few years back brings back a lot of emotions.....

Hey, Noods, hang in there. I know the feeling, and it'll be okay. If nothing else, go home and watch your fish. Take care; you're in our thoughts and prayers.

keep your chin up! everything will turn out fine.
Don't let the rain get you down. Rain is able to cleanse, rebuild, sustain. Remember those things you used to do as a kid? Go outside and jump in a puddle and smile!!!!

Thanks everyone. And coach you are right, I should go out and play in the puddles....
Got an update from a friend that is with her. (mom is in Seattle area, we are in NC), surgery is progressing well. They have upped the bypass from 3 to 6 though. The old girl will probably be able to outrun and outlive me by the time they get dome with her! LOL

Thanks Lookit. it was a very rough day/evening with lots of emotions and worry but I feel much better today and so does hubby. No calls from ICU during the night and this morning's update was good. She of course is in a lot of pain so on heavy drugs....thanks again to everyone for your support. I just really needed to let it out yesterday and did not wish to "share" my issues at work. (So you guys get dumped on!) LOL

If you ever have another day like you just had here are some tips:
1. Remember that you are not alone, I've had some pretty bad days myself.
2. Watch your fish. Talk to your fish about your day, as crazy as it sounds it might help you feel better.
3. play with a fluffy animal.
4. Let others know how you feel like you let us know.
Hope these tips help :)
And again remember that you are not alone in having bad days.
