mysterious pencil tetra guy @ 38sec top of the screen.

he looks like a pencil tetra (i think) shaped kinda like a SAE but more slender. Blue top and bottom fins on the rear that fade to red, red tail fin, gold body with a black strip running horizontally. Very small...and agile, also likes to school with the rasbora.

Got him in a mix bundle of plants (SCORE!) really cool little guy too

any ideas?
