I was looking at Live Rock at liveaquaria because its cheaper online then at my LFS and it seems to be in better condition.
http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=393+397&pcatid=397 i was thinking this stuff even though some of the "uncured" stuff looked nice as well.. but its not "cured" and i really dont know the difference
just a suggestion or a "go with that stuff would be nice"

This website is crazy simplistic and hard to follow. know anyone who suggested or used this site before?

Tampa Bay Saltwater? Thousands have used them and report very good results. The worst issues are the potential hitchhikers, but the rock is brimming with life for sure.
Edit: It seems like you've already found out about the hitchhikers. Not all of them are good, either. Some can be quite bad, in fact.

thats what im nervous about... i dont like things i dont know for sure are good or not and this site seems like ill get some awsome hitchikers(free coral) but i will without a doubt get the bad stuff too.. like if i get a mantis shrimp and it kills my beloved harlequin shrimp and my first marine animal i ever bought (scarlet shrimp) i will be so upset... plus the thousands of other stuff!

Never ordered rock from PEA, but I've ordered a lot of corals and those are the hardiest, healthiest corals I've ever come across.
Uncured rock introduced into an established tank in small quantities, 1-2lbs really isnt all that bad. provided the the tank can handle it biologically. Any more trhan that and you'll be in for a cycle.Though if you prefer uncured set up a rubbermaid tub with saltwater and cure it yourself.
When I first started reefing the rock that was the rage was wild collected Fla. rock, It was out of the water and to your local airport in less that 24 hrs. The only 2 hictch hikers we were concerned with were mantis shrimp and fire worms. Mantis shrimp were tracked down and removed before any fish or inverts that could become a meal were introduced.
I'm personally looking at ordering some rock from Tampabay and curing it in a tub. To me live rock doesn't mean bacterially alive but live with a diversity of life forms that arrive on it
