I have 4 emerald green cories and one of them seems to have his nose (above his whiskers) decaying or something. It is white and seems to be getting bigger. What is this and what can I do for the poor little guy?

I know a picture would help but he won't stay still when I walk over there and he will never face the front.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Bacterial; probably columnaris and others two. Get a bacteriacide, lots of water changes to keep the water quality up, and keep the temperature towards the bottom of the range.
