I'm now officially offering 3 sizes of custom pendants - standard pendant, bracelet charm, and ornament (for Christmas trees, rearview mirrors, etc)

Pendants are made from polymer clay, painted with acrylic paint and coated with clear acrylic varnish. Fish with large scales such as goldfish will have carved scales in the pendant, things like bettas will have painted scales since that seems to be the general preference - if you want yours done differently just let me know.
I can work from photos of your own fish, or just do a "standard breed image" sort of thing.

I would like to note that these are fragile and should be treated as you would glass or porcelain.

Shipping: for charm and standard pendants is $2 for up to 4 pendants + .50c for each additional. For ornaments its $2 for the first + .50c for each additional. Shipping is USPS First Class.
------------------------------------------------
Standard pendants - $15
Average size varies between 1.5-2" long
One-sided
I can include an 18" black cord for an additional $1

Wow, those GBR's look great! I kind of want to add something like that to my macrostoma. Do you think they would get along??? lol

I've always heard that mixing cichlids and anabantoids was iffy, but these particular ones seem pretty docile. ;)

Wow, that ram ornament is really something! Would it be incredibly girly of me to hang one of those from my manly rearview? :p

Well, the large betta macrostoma just above the rams is the one that Visionquest got for his rearview mirror, so I'd say not girly. :)

I'll take an ornament of this guy! He's not mine, but looks exactly like my old betta, who after 2 years I never took a picture of him :'( Now I'm getting an ornament so I can always remember good 'ol Jim!

Tell me if that's not good enough. And Jim never had the spot of blue under his eye, can you change that? I feel like I'm asking alot, but if you can make those GBR, you can pretty much do anything! Hahahaha, with ceramic, of course. Also, can you make it a pair? If so, can you put Pam (yes, I know, I stole it from The Office) in with him?

In the same pose as the two GBR's. :) I'm excited!

Shouldn't be any problem. :) Sending a pm.

edit: it's polymer clay (super sculpey to be exact), not ceramic. One of these days I need to get a kiln so I can get back into ceramics though.

YOU'RE SCULPTING THESE?!?!? OH WOW! I THOUGHT YOU WERE MAKING THESE OUT OF MOLDS!! I have to give my props!

paperdragon
10-03-2009, 1:05 PM
Thanks! Yep, each one is individually sculpted, otherwise there's no way I could do the wide range of fish required for working from photos.

I wish I had the creative talent you have! I'm jealous! Hahha, :) All I can do well is fine art photography! But that's not bad for a 13 year old! :)

paperdragon

Yeah, photography isn't easy. I wish I was a bit better at it, all my fish pics end up blurry. lol

There's a little dent in Jim's (the male's) caudal, don't know what happened there, but FB ok'd it.
