How much Flourish Iron do you had each week? And what is the ideal concentration of iron (with the seachem iron test kit)?

I usually do about 4 capfulls or so a week. I have the seachem iron test kit, but every time I test, it says that there is barely any iron in my tank, like .01 or something like that, way on the white side.
