Just found a bunch of eggs on the filter intake tube, I removed it. Should I remove the white eggs to keep down on fungus. The white eggs are on the outer skirts of clutch. I just removed the whole tube and put it in my yellow shrimp tank.

Yes the white eggs are unfertilized and it is best to remove those. You may want to be careful as the shrimp may pick at the eggs. Good luck:)

What kind of angels do the eggs belong to?

Make sure you put the eggs by an airstone so it imitates what the parents do.

I put them in front of the canister out flow tube, should that be good enough, I have a bubbler in another tank w/some endler babies, afraid they would eat the eggs though

your best bet with eggs. methylene blue/H2O2 , fungus inhibitor.
good flow over /around the eggs and in a tank with just eggs.
once eggs hatch you will need to dis continue use of fungus inhibitors.
