i bought some bulbs from walmart i dont rember what they were but they never grew? are they just crap

The plant bulbs I've seen at wallyworld have been either aponogeton or some sort of lily. I've had probably a 50% success rate with them actually growing.

Apono, Onion, Waterlily and Barclaya bulbs are the ones that are sold at stores.. my experience is pretty much 50/50 as well, with the exception of Onion Plants, which has been 100%.

I bought some from Walmart before and had about a 50/50 result. The company that produces them offers a guarantee. I sent back the ones that didn't sprout (4-- I think) and they sent me 20 back and 19 sprouted. For me the guarantee was well worth it.
