Looks like (BBA )black brush algae on leaves and (GDA )or (GHA) green dust algae and green hair algae on glass and background.Yuo have to much ciculation going on in the tank.I can see your poor plants and fish fighting for their lives.Plants should sway gently with right amount of circulation. Do you use co2 injection? There isnt enough co2 absorption in the water, which can lead to these algae problems, especially BBA.Is the water low in your tank ,causing all that turbulation? You can use flourish excel to combat the algae. Some people have used 2x or 3x time the normal dosage to get rid of BBA,including myself. It can harm fish and some plants, especially Valisneria, when overdosing with excel.Just keep an eye on your fish for signs of degrading health.
This should help you some:

Good luck
