Well, it is probably going to take a few days to "break in" so adjusting things right now isn't going to do much because you will be constantly adjusting over the next few days. On the Reef Octopus 150 I would make the bubbles come up to between where the cup and neck attach and below the bottom of the collection cup, that little area right between. As gunk builds up it will push the bubbles higher on its own.
