I have a 5'x2'x2' 150g tank that i want to stock with lps corals, what pumps and how many do i need for circulation? i was thinking four hydor koralia 3s.

I would shoot for the same amount of Koralia 4s as minimal starting point. You'll more than likely find that you may need more.

You could of went with a mp40w or maybe 2. I bought one for my 75 gallon and it is awesome. ridiculous amount of flow it throws out. One downside is they are pretty much stuck to flow in one direction but they put out a very very wide flow.

I would of considered the vortech but two koralia 5s have more turnover than one mp40w for half the price.

New question:
I have worked out that my turnover with the four koralia 5s and my sump is going to be 51x per hour, is this going to be to much for a tank with lps corals or is that about right?

With appropriate positioning of everything, you will be fine. My little 40 gallon has 200x + turnover and LPS do fine, if that makes you feel better about it. It is all in the nature of the flow and how it is oriented relative to the corals.

Yup. You'll have to play around with how the powerheads are positioned and how the corals are positioned relative to the powerheads, but you'll find a "sweet spot" that works best for you. Keep in mind to use the more open nozzle on the Koralias. The other one tends to make too much of a jet and the flow is too narrow and damaging.
