One of my female guppies is quite aggressive towards other fish in the tank.
I originally placed her in a QT because her fins where ripped and I wanted to make sure her fins healed and she would be ok, but now I am not sure if I will be able to put her back in the main tank if she is still aggressive towards the others.
I also noticed that her color had all but disappeared. I am not sure if its because she is sick or if she is stressed, but I placed her back into the QT to make sure she doesn't infect the others if she is sick.
Any ideas?

What other fish do you have? Are you sure she isnt trying to defend herself? It sounds she may be being picked on if her tail is torn and tattered.
I wouldnt keep moving the fish back and forth. That will only lead to more stress. That is the reason her color has gone to pot. I owuld leave her int he QT until her finms heal.

Tank size and the full stocking list would be helpful.

I have in total (in a 15gal tank)
1 male guppy
2 female guppy (including her)
3 black neon tetras (were added after she was in the QT)
She seems to go after the fish rather then, them coming after her.
I don't plan on moving her back until she is fully healed. How long do fins take to grow back

If it's her that has torn fins, it's kinda weird how she's the aggresive ones. I kinda like having aggresive females, that ways they don't get harassed by the males in the tank and are strong enough to defend for themselves.
Also, most of my guppies have torns fins, but they grow back, though slowly. Randomly, I see torn fins out of nowhere.
