Add driftwood with tannins, almond leaves, or oak leaves. Water is stained tea color. The end. LOL

well ideally you would get the pH really really low for it to be true blackwater and not just tannin stained water...

True, but the tannins do help with that, although not as much as some people might think. It isn't too difficult to do though.

They are doing great! i have them in with some aspidora albater and all of them are nearing sexual maturity :D
