Danio groups?

I have six Zebra Danios. And have notices that they either swin in two groups of three, or a group of five with one off in the corner or something.

Do Danios swim in odd numbered groups like Yellow Tangs?

I honestly don't think they pay that close attention to how many they are swimming with. I've seen my danios swim together in groups of 2, 3, 5, 6, 8...the list goes on.

I have 9 Gold Zebra Danios and they use to group together when I had 2 large Bleeding Heart Tetras. Now that the tetras have moved on they just swim all over the place and very rarely group together.
