I came home from a weekend trip and found these spots on the oscar, she is a lively one so it could be injury as it's only on that one side but I would like a few opinions. Thanks. BTW, she is the only fish in the tank and no decorations just the heater and intake tubes....

Looks like just a scrape to me. My O gets them all the time, but keep an eye on it. If it's a scrape it will be gone in a couple days.

I would add a little melafix to help heal it up. I dont see where it would have scraped itself if you have no decor. Some fish rub on the rocks but that wouldnt have caused that much damage IMO. Just keep a good eye on her and make sure she's healing well.

looks like it had a spazz attack and rammed into the substrate, my o does this from time to time. Just keep the water clean and it should heal up quickly.

It's actually looking a bit better this morning, I am still doing daily 40% water changes so hopefully that makes a difference.
