Would it be safe to keep a Dwarf Lionfish in a 29gal FOWLR with a Bicolor Angel and a Percula Clown? I'm not so much worried about the Angel as I am about the Clown. Please advise...

Lion fish will eat anything they can fit in thier mouth, so anything smaller will likely get eaten eventually.
A percula is pretty likely to become a snack for that lion. Dwarf lions, like all lions, have deceptively large mouths, and are quite capable of taking any fish that's 1/2 their size--meaning the angel would be at risk as well. I would not keep a lion in a 29, anyway--that's a little small for such a huge bio-load, IMO.
