I used to have 2 half-back angels. Now I am down to one and a gold angel. I took the other half-back to the pet store today. I was gonna trade him in for some cories, but didn't have enough $$. The 2 I have seem to be doing ok for now. The smaller gold seems to hold his/her own well. The one I took back today had my other half-backs' fins shredded. So, that's when i decided to get rid of the bully. The two I have now seem to be hang out just fine. y bully got put in another tank with a viel angel and those 2 got along alright! I guess the best thing to do anymore is buy a bunch and weed out the bad ones. Oh, well; don't exactly have the tank space for that. Soon, I will!! Till then,

Jeff, how big were the two angels? Males seem to be quite aggressive with each other if there is a mature female around. It could be that you ended up getting two mature males.

Ya, after inspecting both half-backs nether regions, I figured them to be both males. After introduction of the gold angel, the most dominant went crazy after lights went out. I have the other half-back on melafix now to treat the wounds. I am hoping the new gold I got is a female. He/she is a little younger than my existing angel; time will tell! Thanks!
