Welcome to the November 2009 Photo Of The Month competition.
Voting is now open to everybody, one vote only per person.
There will be a limited 14 days voting period, followed by the selection of a winner with the highest number of votes from AquariaCentral.com . If in the instance of more than one winner is selected (same number of votes), a secondary 7 days voting would be held to determine the winner.
The winner of the previous months POTM contest will not be eligible to enter another Photo of the Month Contest for the next three months, and win the prize for 12 months, to ensure fairness and opportunity for other participants to win.

10 was one of my favorites- not often that I like betta photos and this is one of the best :)
I voted for 7 though as I felt that 10 would get all of the votes so voted for my 2nd favorite though the shot isn't crisp it made me feel like I was staring into the tank with my own eyes at a certain angle.

Ugh, number 1 and 10 are amazing! I had to go with number 1 tho, because the eye always has to be sharp with me.

I had to vote #1 for several reasons;
1- I just got a group of them and absolutely love them
2- It's a good composition
3- That photo was taken with a DSLR
4- Dario dario are impossibly tiny and difficult to get pictures of
5- Great detail on such a tiny subject
6- It portrays their personality perfectly!

They're all really good. Difficult choice. But I went with 10 because I felt it was the most artistically composed and well executed. Worthy of being in a magazine or a book.
