My Betta Just died [Archive]

:( My Blue Betta just died. I named him Jeter for the NY yankees . I think he was just hanging on til the yankees won. Tough guy was 3 1/2 years old.

rip,bettas are great fish with great little personlities,losing one is like losing a little wet person.they leave little wet fin prints in our hearts................

What a beautiful betta. I too have a betta that is coming up on three years here, and I have put her in her retirement home. Very fun little guys.

I'm so sorry, he was very handsome. He did live a nice, long life. You must have taken very good care of him!

thanks everyone . I bought a new betta male crowntail at work today because he was tiny and scraggly looking . So I am gonna try and nurse him back to health. I am a sucker for seeing a sickly fish at work. I'll try to get a pick of him asap. And thanks again.
