A brined Turkey, roasted of course
Garlic and herb HOME made mash potatoes
Garlic Bread stuffing
Candied yams (YUMMY)
Butter rolls
Spinach bake
Homemade Turkey Gravy
Roasted Carrots, Red Potatoes and garlic, with olive oil and herbs

Pumpkin Pie

Roast Butterball turkey with
regular stuffing on one end and
oyster stuffing on the other (YUMMY!)
Mashed potatoes
Fruit salad
Cheesy cauliflouer
jellied cranberrys
sweet potatoes w/marshmellows
dinner rolls
chocolate cheesecake
pumpkin pie!!

I'm making a maple apple walnut stuffed pork roast and a traditional turkey,
Green bean bundles,
Mashed potatoes and gravy,
Corn with basil,
Cranberry salad
Broccoli and cauliflower casserole,
sweet potato casserole,
Heavenly hash,
Chocolate silk pie,
pecan pie,
Pumpkin pie,
hot apple crisp with french vanilla ice cream.
Thank goodness i don't have to cook all this by myself! lol

Oh yeah! Cant forget the croissant rolls!
Also people are bringing dishes as well.
 
Y'all got some impressive menus! Thank goodness I'm going to a potluck and am only responsible for one dish. I'm making a cornbread soufflé that my mom swears is easy and a crowd-pleaser. I don't know what everyone else is bringing, but I know there will be turkey from the hostess, and Cornish game hen and wild mushroom stuffing from two of my friends.
 
it's not at my place this year so the spread is a mystery to me. i'm responsible for my famous mystery twice baked mashed potatoes and my cross between an apple brown betty and jewish apple pie. i'm definitely making 2 pies and 15lbs of potatoes. i might make a pumpkin roll or a carrot cake for a surprise too. we'll see how that goes.
