I have the 3 in my signature,plus 4 empty 10's and 1 empty 5.
I just sent a guy a email about a 75 gallon on Craig's list. I have no room for it right now.

- You make plans around your fish because you refuse to give them away when life oppertunities arise that interfere with keeping fish.

- You are wanting to keep all pet fish for life being against re-homing fish resulting in the above situation.

- You don't move off to go to college when nobody wants your fish and you can't take them with you.

- You have a fish room, it takes all your time and it's only a hobby.
If you are professional and your fish room takes all your time, then you're a workaholic and still don't really have a life.

- You are into nearly constant water changes for your fish manually ( yes even monitoring and starting a python or other faucet attachment siphon can take a lot of time if it was done frequently.) Might be fine for your fish, not so good for a balanced life.

- You turn away a good relationship over having fish tanks ( kudos to the people who put other people first not pet fish).

- You have absurdly hight standards about how pet fish should live, yet support factory ocean trawling, line fishing, factory farming and other obvious forms of cruelty.

- OR you are consistent with your absurdly high pet care standards and take other measures to reduce animal suffering such as being a vegan.

- Either way, above results often in you becoming an unbalanced individual who cares more about other species besides your own and very critical of other people.

- You criticise someone who rescues unwanted fish, yet are unwilling to take on the task yourself.

- You start acting bizarre and fanatic about animal care in general, you spend a lot of your personal energy and time trying to promote your unrealistically high standards. You stop living in the real world.

-The above results in you putting animal care over people, including yourself. Hurting your own personal health and becoming anti- social where your only outlet is now the internet.

. . . When you find yourself migrating to be a tree hugger just because you happen to care about fish.

. . . When a day without talking about fish makes you feel "incomplete".

. . . When you get up in the morning and you check on your fish before you have your first cup of coffee.

. . . When you start talking to your fish.

. . . When you wish your fish a "good night" before you retire for the evening.

Ha Jeff! How about when you spoil your guppies then pass them off to other people!

Those guppies have your number! (and mine too! I'm wrapped around their little fins and begging little faces!)
