My husband has wanted his own male Betta for a while now. I set up this 10 gallon with all live plants (low light basics) various anubias, java ferns etc., and a Penguin 100 filter. We have had the cartridge for the filter in with the cartridges on our 30 gallon community tank for almost 2 weeks to help with the addition of beneficial bacteria for the Betta tank. Mr. Finley is young, and his body is around 1 1/2 inches (not including his fins).
