i am in the market for a presurized co2 system
would a co2 tank from beverage factory work?, does the handle block the regulator from being attached?

whats a good regulator with all the bells and wistles

how important is a needle valve.
i plan on getting a ten pound tank for a 20 gallon, how long should that last?

beverage factory should be fine, i hear they have good prices, better than aquariumplants.com....but just make sure that the tank they sell has been tested recently...the one i got from aquariumplants.com was like 20 days old so i have a long time before i need to trade it in/get it tested.

milwaukee makes a good one. water-testers.com

needle valve, very important....fine tunes the output from the regulator.....

10# probably a year if not more...

ya beverage factory should be fine for a CO2 cylinder. you can also check Craigslist and see if there is anything on there i got my 20Lb cylinder for 50 off craigslist.

for some of the best regulators (not cheap but last forever) these are my top choices and all of them are in the hobby and have good customer service.

Greenleaf Aquariums: have a bunch of stuff for planted tanks and even began selling rimless tanks recently. amazingly fast shipping every time i've dealt with them.

Rex Grig: never dealt with him but has been around for a long time and has an amzing reputation.

Sumo Regulators: this is where i got my rig from. thay make amazing top quality regulators.
