need help possible ich,, not sure though

Hi all..
Ok, Fish started scratching four days ago after introducing a trio of double red appisto. two days ago i did a 20 percent water change.One of my chain Loach has been scratching really bad and just spotted white dots on it. just on his/her flank.. Looks like white spot to me,but i am not sure, hes/shes too quick for pics.
all parameters are perfect,, some of the other fish are starting to scratch.
Wharts the best action to take..
Salt and highering temp or just meds and highering temps.
Any help would be great.

Hi all.
Well the tank in question was just at the end of an ich treatment, i woke up this morning to do the water change and two of the clown loaches were covered in the stuff, Water change is complete and meds added , hope it works, raising temps a degree a day till i get to 86..
Will it get better, i hope so..

still no response to meds all other fish are fine now but one clown loach
