new lights- 55g with plants

I have a 55g with plants (low to medium light requirements). My 2 lights in my JPJ Formosal System are old or burned out.What would you guys recommend as far as replacements : 2 - 96 Watt 6500K Daylight Compact Fluorescent, or 1- 96 Watt 6500K Daylight Compact Fluorescent & 1-96 Watt Blue/White Combo/6500K Compact Fluorescent. I could use 10K as substitutes for the 6500k but I feel this would be overkill. The lights can be regulated independently and I have been running just one for several months since I have not been using CO2 .
Other choices for lighting include: 96 Watt 7100K Blue Compact Fluorescent
96 Watt Blue True Actinic-03 CF

Again 10,000k is offered
