AND....I deserved most of it!. I'm feeling guilty , stressed and have a light headache, but I gotta suck it up and take it.
Over prepping the tanks for going away, among other things. AND mom's so right.
I mean other people have fish rooms to troubleshoot and get ready AND full time jobs, shame on me. The only thing I cannot blame on me is I did extra water changes on six tanks without the faucet attachment siphon working as it keeps siphoning on the floor..so that's a lot of water changes to do by bucket loads. I think her seeing the buckets around really got her upset at me.

I shouldn't be staying up all night , then watching cartoons, bring spread out on my bed with a couple of my books and drawing ( I meant I can draw plenty on the trip). BUT she didn't know these things, she thought I was working on the tanks the whole time. Then there were the breaks I took to go online.
Took me way too long to pack again too, yeah shame on me.

Then she went on about me having too many tanks. I don't agree with the too many tanks since I think I can get things more efficient.
What I really wish is that some of the other people were there to hear what she had to say. Makes me realize how far the organized hobby can slip from the rest of society.

Especially some of the fanatic folks from the betta forum who are far more devoted to their fish then I am.
I think it's good to hear these things even if we hobbyists don't always agree with family members that we have many tanks or whatnot...Helps keep us in balance.

I'm eating dinner, doing a last quick check around and then I'm outta here...Hope no emergencies happen while I'm gone and I'll see everyone in Jan.
