Hello !
I have a 90g bow front with 20 African Cichlids and a Pleco,
I currently have 2 Marineland Penguin 350 for filtration.
I was wondering if that is plenty of filtration or should I ad a canister filter ? What brand and size ?

The current filtration your running is good. IMO.
But you could never go wrong with a canister filter. I would go with a FX5 and a power head.

I agree with the previous post. Your current filtration is fine. It wouldn't hurt to add a canister filter though. Xp3s are very nice!
With the code, Foster and Smith has them for a very good price.

I agree with Agassizii about adding the Rena XP3 canister! A canister gives more flexibility in filter media.

A canister filter is a good add, but your in no rush to add it. You could go with any of the big brands on canister filters, rena, fluval or ehiem.

I agree. The filtration you have is just fine, but if you feel the need, you can always go with a canister. However, there's no rush. If your levels are appropriate and there is adequate movement/flow and it looks nice, then I would not run out and buy a canister.
I have a Marineland C-360 on my 75g, and I love it. I'd go with either 2 of the C360s or one of the next size up. Otherwise, Rena FilStar, Eheim Classics, and Fluvals are all pretty good brands that you could go with. Personally, I like to run a canister that is more than enough to cover the tank plus a power filter stuffed with filter floss for added media/jumpstart for QT tanks.

I also agree with the canister. I have an xp3 on my 55 gallon and works excellent. I just added a post 15 minutes ago with pics. 55 work in progress,, good luck.
