Hi, Im Jill and I wanted to introduce myself. My 16 year old son and I are in the process of turning a 20 gallon high tank that was previously a terrarium into a planted tank. And after I got started with that, my 12 year old daughter has decided that she wants to put her betta into a bigger, nicer tank. We would like to add Brigg snails, cherry red shrimp and possibly other snails as well as some fish, but we arent sure what yet. The betta may continue to live on his own, we will see after I do a little more research about who could live with him. Im very new to all of this, my dad kept salt water tanks when I was a kid and someday I would love to get into that, but for now we will stick with freshwater.
