Anyone know if this is bad for a coral to do? Looks like bleaching to me...advise?

It does look like a small bleaching even in the Turbinaria, but is the upper portion doing that also? If not, it could just be the exposed portions lightening up, which can happen. Did it recently get moved? As for the Montipora, with the exposure in that pic, I can't tell if it is bleaching or the growth edge. Did anything, including physical movement, happen? Parameters? Lighting? Water motion?

Nothing has really changed in the tank...changed from a PC fixture to a t5 fixture about 2-3 months ago...still has the same MH its had for a while. Also recently removed a tunze wavemaker, but it wasn't making that much of a difference to begin with. The top coral has had that white edge, as well as other specimens in the tank, for a while. Is that consistent with growth? An extension of the exoskeleton? The bottom coral just recently started showing the whitening, and it seems to be isolated to the inner portions. Water quality is good, only thing I've noticed is a slight phosphate bump...but I'm not quite sure how accurate that is.

Hmm, try increasing flow around those inner portions and see if that makes any sort of difference. For many "sps" corals, that lightened edge is consistent with growth. Sometimes not, though. I can't really tell with that picture.
