KY -Go Big Blue!
I have a 35 gal. tank that houses a young Angel (size of a quarter, maybe a little bigger) and 8 Zebra Danios. I never dreamed the Danios would be aggressive toward other fish, but they are. I don't mean in a group, it is always a single Danio going after the Angel. The poor thing spends most of its time in hiding. If I add other active fish, do you think it would help to distract the Danios?

Danios love to chase and FWIW, I don't believe angelfish appreciate being chased. I have a pair (in a tank with angels, loaches and a few others). These danios spend more than half of their time chasing after one another. They never cause any harm and no-one in this tank harms them either. The only other fish they will chase are the siamese algae eaters which are a similar size and shape. They seem a little more aggressive with them than with each other, but they still don't harm anyone.
