Hi,
I haven't been able to find a reference to this in any online article. My male dwarf frog has little knots under his 'arms'. He is active, eating well, singing a lot, and playing/mating/fighting? with the female. I have had these frogs for about a month but noticed this only yesterday. It is as if the underarm glands are swollen, do frogs have these? The female does not have this bump.
Does anyone have an answer, advise, experience?
