I am keeping fishes that do not take kindly to freezing temperatures so, up here , at least for me when I use a pond it is late spring/summer/early fall. I simply would like to know what other temperary pond keers use. My choice has been kiddie pools. I also have 110 gal water trough, but it is not so successful as a 12" deep or so, pool. What plants do you use? What do you do about hair algea? OH and Merry Christmas.
