Flame angel and Yellow Tang Compatibility

Hi Guys and Gals,

Today I purchased a Small Yellow tang for my reef tank.

Already noticing that the flame angel isnt happy with him. Whenever the flame sees him he goes straight toward him and pushes at him and turns on his side as if to say get away from me!

As far as I can see there not nipping at each other.

Should I be concerned?

it seems to be a teritory thing i would say keep a close eye on them.. how big is the tank

Will do, the tank is only 125 litres. The LFS told me it would be ok....... I really should learn not to believe them....

some will say anything for a quick sale but not all with a bit of luck they will be fine its 1 fish saying to the other this is my spot

i have some bad news ander. that yellow tang is going to grow to 8in and needs a minimum of a 100g tank. just so you know to either take him back or look into getting a big tank soon.

Oh..... lol..... Gives me a reason to get a bigger tank then lol :D

In my tank, I have an yellow tang, flame angel and a reef angel. When each of them got there, they fought a little, but they all get along now.
