I recently bought a 2nd male Dwarf Gourami and today I noticed that it is hiding because it has been bullied by the other male Dwarf Gourami and my female Pearl Gourami. Does anyone have an suggestions for stopping or reducing the bullying?

tons of plants helped my tank out...i suppose removing the bully temporarily would help if you rescaped the tank then reintroduced him. How big is the tank? With 3 gouramis in there, I hope it's fairly large.
How about moving all the decorations and plants around? I have read that moving them around forces the fish to establish new territories. I have a 67 gallon aquarium.
The bullied Gourami was dead when I got home from work today. I think I will stick with just the one Dwarf Gourami in my tank. Thanks for your help.
Had the same problem with same group sex of gourami in a 38 gallon well planted tank. In fact, I ended up with two dead Gouramis--one of the dwarfs was the last fish standing.
They can be pugnacious little suckers, which I had read, but ignored when I was at the lfs and fell in love with the critters. Good lesson--buy with your head, not your heart!
