If you recall I posted about a BN pleco who got stuck in a filter. When I left his tail( caudal fin) was sore looking and I'm thinking I'm hoping fungus or bacteria doesn't take hold. It was about 1-2 days before I was leaving so not much I could do except hope.
That pleco is still with me and has just released some babies so I guess he's doing OK. BUTTTTT...the top portion of his inured caudal fin fell off, rotted away or at least is now gone. I assume fins grow back if the base of the tail is intact..So there ya go.
