View Full Version : Green algea on plant leafs
Looks like a thin layer of green algea on the leaves, its in a small tank so im wondering if otos would eat this type of algea
Some of the snails are eating it off the leaves in a squigly pattern but theres few snails and they cant get it all, its mostly on swords then anything else, shoud i just cut off the leaves that its on?(most of the older leaves)
I've never had luck with otos on any green algaes - they seem to only eat brown kinds which appear early when the tank is setup.
Bristlenoses seem to be much better at cleaning up algaes.
