Well since many months ago when I had to treat the whole tank infected with ick, this is the second time I'm dealing with disease.
I was observing one of my blue ram today and noticed she had developed an interesting looking white "pimple" just in front of the eye. Its little larger and more pronounced than any ich I've seen before, but still under 1mm in size. It is clearly convex, as oppose to ich which looks quite flat... Doesn't look cottony.
I do have a separate hospital tank - I guess I should move him right away, but does anyone have any clue what this could be?
