Will my 55 be overstocked?

My 55 is almost ready to be stocked. It currently is planted, 76deg,levels good,and 2 HOB filters..And I plan on stocking it slowly.

I would like to get:

Dwarf Gourami
2 Angelfish (hopefully a pair)
10 Corycats
7 Zebra Dainos
7 Cardinal Tetras (will the angels eat these?)
2 German blue rams
Dwarf pleco (not sure on this one)
2 Africa dwarf frogs

So am I oversoing it? Should i eliminate one of the schools?

beware when angels grow bigger they do eat small tetras neons are their natural prey - however i've heardn ppl successfully keeping them with cardinals etc if they grow up together - guess it's trial type thing - btw the cories ar a blast in a group that size i have 5 in my 55 i'm putting in 5 more soon when thother 5 get outta q soon

I would do away with the danios. Adult cardinals should be fine with angels, however. I'd get 12-15 cardinals.

I think you will be ok. That is close to the load I have in my 55:

3 Pearl Gouramis
3 Clown Loaches
8 Cardinals
6 Rummynose Tetras
1 Bristle Nose Pl*co
3 SAE
2 German Blue Rams
