Well finally received my Oceanic Reef Ready 135 today and
am well, VERY HAPPY, no ECSTATIC!

Well originally the plan was to include my 2 Emperor 280's
to the fray with my Tidepool II, but after further inspection
of my new fish home, the canopy will not allow them to fit
nor would the glass top....so only the Tidepool II with the
RIO 2500 SS? Approx. 600>>>680 gph.
Thought, maybe two Tidepools? Probably overkill though.
I do have two overflows, so one in each corner would work.
Not too thrilled with the cost of two?

Wondering if this will be sufficeint GPH for my African clan
of cichlids, knowing all too well that I can now house oh
so many wonderous beauties between the dimensions.

Currently housing 26>or more not sure if my female has
spit her current brood or not, and though I will be thinning
the herd that I have now, I am intending on housing
5 or 6 groups of 8 ea. Mbuna, my two Synodontis and one
dwarf pl*co.

What do you think? Ideas also needed for some cool mates
for my tank...will be keeping my Crabros and my Kawanga
Golds for sure. Want to stay within temperment and diet
obviously, but thought maybe a Electric Blue Hap (Ahli) would
be nice too.

Happy Holidays to all. FG

I've always wondered what "reef ready" meant,w hat exactly does reef ready make different about the tank?
