Is this in your 55g tank? Those sharks grow quite large - do you have plans for a new enormous tank in the near future?

They can grow much bigger than that. How big is he now and how long has this tank been set up?

Best thing I can recomend for feeding is going to the local grocer, and getting you some frozen squid(fresh would be great, but most don't carry it fresh) and feed him that. As for the size issue, if you post about sharks here, be prepared to get an ear full about it. Truth is, most sharks should never be kept in home aquaria, but that is neither here nor there. If you have fish in the tank with the shark, it may help by him smelling food all the time when the other fish get fed. Most sharks, marble cats included, hunt mostly by smell.

Another thing you may want to keep in mind, if you have your shark with other fish, is that if you have aggressive fish, you may have to hand feed your shark to assure that the food gets to him to begin with. Marble cats are nocturnal, and their eye sight with the bright tank lights on will not be the greatest, so you may have to help it find the food. Hope this information helps both you and the shark.
