in my breeding tank I have 1 female that has fry born on 01/06/03, I think she is a bit mad at the pleco right there. her babies are in the shell in the lower right of the pic.

Sweet:D I jut found some more babies peeking out of my females shell today. There is also a batch about 1 month and 2 weeks old still left in the tank(but on the other side away from the parents).

last tiem i left them in teh tnak and only a few survived. This time i'm going ot take this batch out and try raising them in a 10g.

My setup is a 10g with black sand, a couple shells(about 3-4 per fish but they only use 1 each)AC150, temp 78. I got them and then 2 weeks later they started producing fry and every 2 weeks since i get a new batch. Never seen any of my other cichlid breed so often.

I haven't been able to get any good pics of mine. How big are the one in the picture?Mine are ocellatus "blue"
