Oto Kitty with odd white...

Well, two of my Oto Kitties have odd white on them. The white is not fungus, since it seems to be their actual skin color and it's just one large blotch. They all seem to be acting normal, some more hyper than others. Some are really fat from all the algae they have been scarfing down off plants and glass. The piggies are fine though, active and scurry around.
So back to this white stuff, no pictures because they wiggle too much and my cam won't capture the blotch correctly. Temperature and AM. NI. NA. are all 0 and peachy.
So what could the white be? Fish in there have had Ich last week and this week just Clamped fins, but all eat like no tomorrow and active.
 
Could be spots healing from the ich, and sometimes they just get white/ grey spots, many here have posted with the same question.
 
No pictures, they would be way too small/blurry or a picture of something totally different since they fly past the camera. Not like cats at all, haha.
So they are Chameleons, nice.
The blotches are too large to be from Ich, they are about a CM across. One is on the left side of it's head and the other has it on it's dorsal fin.
 
Wow... I'd try to get some photos, that would really help. Here's how I do it.... at night... when all the lights are out... I sneak up on them as the are either sleeping or foraging..... with a big flashlight shinning on the tank.... I creep up slowly.....

The light seems to either capture their attention, or blind them to my presence.... then... keeping the light shinning in their eyes.... I crouch down in front of the tank with my camera in one hand, light in the other.... and snap a few.

I hope you can get some photos of them... this is really necessary to help figure out what this is.

They are just positively still, lol... I don't know why.
 
Lots of possibilities, except for fungus which is grey and very fuzzy, with hyphae half an inch long or more. A picture really is needed.
 
Also, I noticed two worms last week or so. They are white, CM long and as thin or thinner than human hair. One swam up from the bottom of the tank, but then half way, a fish ate it. The other, I thought I caught it, but it wasn't there when I put the net in a cup of water. Anyone know if they are safe or not?
