Question for all the ladies Chanel vs Balenciaga

Each season I buy my sisters and mother a purse. I have begun thinking about the spring purchase and am having a hard time deciding between two designers. If given the choice would you rather have a Chanel bag or a Balenciaga bag? These are the three I am currently looking at. The first two are Chanel and the last is a Balenciaga. Need some opinions here ladies as I like all three and am thinking about buying all three and giving one to each BUT the CC is so prominent on the Chanel bags and outwardly the Balenciaga bag has no markings as to the designer.

I think the Balenciaga (3rd) is more like my mother only problem is she prefers darker purses to the lighter and I found no darker purses from either place that I thought she would like.

personally, i don't like any of them. i know, shocker! a gal that doesn't care for designer labels! lol.

if i was held at knifepoint and forced to choose i'd have to go with the 3rd one.

Of the three I would say my favorite is #1, but I also like the Balenciaga bag. I am seriously considering just asking them which one they like. I normally like to keep what the bags look like a secret, even though they know they are getting one.

Haha, that makes two of us. =) Plus all 3 of those purses are white- never a good color choice for an expensive bag imo. They get dirty too quickly!

I've never used a purse, but i like the chanel ones better for aesthetic reasons.

Remember these are for the spring/summer 2010 season so a white bag is a must.
