My glolight tetras ofter chase each other around the tank, and today I noticed that one of them had part of her/his dorsal fin missing. Also, the top fins (on their back) of a couple of others looked ragged. They seem to be behaving normally otherwise, and my corys are fine.

Is there any way to tell if they are just nipping at each other or if fin rot has infested the tank. The only real change in their environment is a ph drop from approx 7 to 6.3 over a weeks time(tank was started two weeks a go with biospira - amonia is .25, nitrate 0).

Any help as to what I should do. If you think it is fin rot, how would you treat it. Thanks.
