Some shrimp photos [Archive]

Mostly, I just wanted to post the last picture in the series and ask to see if anyone had his/her crack its shell. As you can see in the picture, the "head shell" is sort of falling off the shrimp's head. Poor bugger died the next day the photo was taken a few days ago.

Lunch time. There's a RCS fry and a zebra danio fry in the photo, too.

I think the split shell is a moulting malfunction. I've seen one or two like that, never noticed whether they lived or died though.

That's weird.. I don't do anything special to these guys. No abnormal water parameters, ~7.5 pH, and 75 F are my parameters if you were curious. I feed a tiny bit every other day.
