How soon do you need them?
I'll be tearing down our 90g soon-ish, which has one on it. I wish I could say I'm tearing it down this weekend or some other time real soon, but it keeps getting delayed.

I have a U tube overflow that has two tubes and two pipes in the bottom (I'll take a pic for you when I get home)

and one of the CPR two pipe overflows (have to check model either CS 102 or CS 202) http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=3642

I actually have 3 different ones. One cheap U tube one and two CPRs. One of the CPRs has a bad repair job on the front, but the other is perfect; almost new condition. And yep, I forgot to take pictures. I'll try again tonight to remember to do that.
