I made a large plant order on Feb. 9th, 2010 with

www.aquaticplantdepot.com

I haven't heard anything from them. ( I did receive the automatic email showing my conformation number, etc.. right after I placed the order. )

I have emailed them 3 times asking about when they are going to ship, and I called twice all with no answer!!!!

They already charged my cc, so I am hoping I will hear from them soon.

I know the orders are shipped in the way they are received, but it is taking a long time for them to respond. I think no contact on their part is a bit unprofessional.

Has anyone every placed an order with them before? If so, how long did it take you to receive your plants?

Just an update. They did call and apologize.

They explained why it took so long.

They had some power outages, and lots of packages to ship due to weather delays.

I am suppose to get the plants in on WED. I will post a pic of them once they arrive.

I have never placed an order from them, but after a bad experience with the, hopefully, now defunct Florida Driftwood, I check the local Better Business Bureau for a compnay to see what they say about the place. Wish I had thought about that with FD, b/c the BBB gave them an "F".

Maybe I am overly cautious, but "I vow to never get burned again!!" - kinda somes super hero-esque doesn't it?

Here are pics of SOME of the plants in the tank(s).

I have to go buy the terracota pots, etc. tonight.

The amazons will be in the silver ghost pearlscale/koi pair tank. ( her last boyfriend died when we lost power due to the snow storm. ) Amazons are 6-8" in height.

The giant vals ( easily 18" in height) are going into the hex tank. ( community).

The hornwort I haven't decided which tank(s) it will go in. They sent TONS of it.

I paid $40 shipped for everything!!!!
