i just get a used uv sterilizer. what the best way to set this up on my 135 gal tank. i am running two 350 magnum and a rena filstar xp3. right now the tank is cycling, but i plan on add some clown loaches, arowana, and maybe a cichlid (i don't know which one yet)

I have the 18 watt on my 125, I put mine inline on one of my 404 canister filters. If your flow is too great it will cut the effectiveness of the sterilizer. My filter is rated at 350gph, and so is my sterilizer. Keep in mind though that the sterilizer will cut down your canister flow by about half so it is all good.
