I have an opportunity to adopt a New Guinea Snapping turtle for free, but I'm not sure on what kind of enclosure to get. Does anyone have any suggestions?

He is only about 4 inches right now and the current owner says he is extremely healthy.

Would it be easiest to keep him in a tank? Big Rubbermaid tub? I'm trying to do as much research as possible before deciding to take him in, but I wanted some opinions first.

I don't know much about them but here's a good care sheet link.

Rubbermaid tanks make great enclosures for turtles. They're inexpensive, light and easy to clean. Their only real drawbacks is that you can't see the turtle from the side.
